I'm still here!!! :)

OMG! it has been sooooo long since I've blogged! the truth is, I never think to update since I'm always readin' and keepin' up with all my online buds. my computer life is spent checking my email, checking myspace mail, checking tracker mail...then reading up on all you hardcore mamas out there!! :) I'm sorry I neglect updating you all too!


ok, so here's the latest:


*softball is in full swing (you knew that) and we're ALWAYS on the go!!

*I had a boob job consultation appt. yesterday...and I'm excited and scared about it. 1) because I have to get a lift too (thanks emily) 2) that adds lots more $$ AND more cuts here and there. I'm still deciding whether or not to get over or under the muscle...saline or silicone...etc. anyone with tips on these decisions, feel free to comment. :) anyway, I'm going to have it done june 12th I think...if the doc still has that date open.

*I'm getting excited about the bfl cruise...it's in 8 days mon!! my brother came over tonight and we made sure all our paperwork was in order. I think he's REALLY looking forward to it. I still have so freakin' much to do though. I literally haven't thought about my wardrobe yet...saturday afternoon, ryan and I are hittin' the mall. I am in need of clothing sooooo badly...

*lastly, the move to iowa looks to happen for sure. our house will go on the market the first of june and we hope to move there in july or the first of august. we're already contacting softball teams to find emily instant new friends. the move is going to hit her HARD since she has NO clue about it. we just want her to finish the year happy with all her friends before we shatter her world. :(

I just pray that everything goes smoothly from selling our home to packing, etc. moving is NOT fun...and then finding all the new family stuff is work too...new gym, new church, new school, new job for me, etc. cedar rapids, here we come! :)

taking pics of yourself is really hard...I hate doing it. well, actually...I hate taking pics of myself. I always feel like a dork...and think I look dorky in the poses. I need to work on this before the cruise...cuz I wanna have some fun shots. :)

life is still super busy for us...with softball season, work, dave travelling 4 days a week, etc. my online time is spent checking email, tracker mail, myspace mail and then leaving messages for everyone. I feel kinda outta the loop...but I keep up with reading blogs as best I can to stay on top of things with you guys.

I'm really getting excited about the cruise...getting to see my girls dana and kathy...and meeting all the trackers I have yet to meet. my brother and I are gonna be in the mood for partying...just warning you all ahead of time!! this trip is for relaxin' during the day...and kickin' it at night. so get ready!!! :)

dang, my hair is long...

I was going to have dave take some double bicep shots and back shots to blog...but then I decided to see how long my hair really is...and what people see from the back. (with the exception of having on a top haha)

I was shocked to see that it's almost down to my bootie!! wow!

my workouts are going super-duper great! eating has been ON!! I'm really trying to lean out for the cruise...and of course, it's my LOWER HALF that needs it and is the LAST to go. I know the key is being consistent...so that is what I'm going to do. keep eating clean and working it hard.

I won't be blogging as much since the softball season has started up (we're playing in 2 leagues plus tourneys every weekend)...but I'll be checking in on all of you guys...so keep up the hard work!! I LOVE reading how you guys are kicking bootie and can't wait to see beka's trophy!! :)

My back is filling in...with MUSCLE!! :)

I don't know why, but today I feel strong. so I wanted to take a back shot to see my muscles...and by golly, there actually visible!! YAYYY! I've been pushing myself really hard these last two weeks and eating reeeeeeaaalllly clean...gotta get lean for the upcoming cruise!! :) I'll post an ab pic when I see them clearly...right now, they just peek out at me from time to time. hehe

I got THE CALL from porter!!! it was about noon and I had just finished up with my cardio at the gym and was on my way to tan when I felt my phone vibrating thru my purse. my earplugs to my ipod were still play fergie so I pulled them out quick and barely caught the last ring. "hello?" I said. "could I speak to jen, this is porter freeman calling." "this is jen." "how are you?" he asked. "I'm doing great," I said. then he told me he had a couple of questions for me...and I thought, well, they still must be narrowing it down for the champion. "are you and your husband planning on attending the bfl cruise?," he asked. "yes we are...we've signed up and look forward to it." "well, is it going to be hot down there where you're cruising to?" "hot? uhhhh..." "yes, do you think it'll be warm there?" "well, I'm not sure...but I hope so...", I said. "I'm asking because you might get really hot wearing your new EAS grand champion leather jacket!!!!" omg, I about died!!! I said, "whaaaaaaaat?". and then he proceeded to tell me how I won...it's one of the best days of my life.



in the meantime, I'm pacing all around the gym lobby and up and down the hall...and when he tells me I've won, I start jumping up and down over and over saying..."oh my gosh" "oh my gosh" "oh my gosh"...people were looking at me strangely but I TOTALLY didn't care...I was in total shock and soooooooo happy cuz I've wanted this so long.



I just want you guys to know that without you...and all your encouragement, inspiration, and friendships...I wouldn't have made such progress. you helped keep me on track...even if I never personally spoke to you, your participation in the lifers site and tracker site spoke to me...your progress pics spoke to me. thank you! I feel that I truly have inherited a family...a body for life, family for life. I love ya!!
